For managers of Luxembourg funds

Every figure in your Luxembourg fund, provable to the cent.

Keep your administrator and check every figure they send, or run the fund on FundAgent. Either way, each total opens what it is made of and the document behind it, and nobody approves their own work.

Try it: open the net asset value, then a line, then its source.

Administrator check

Keep your administrator. Check every figure they send.

Drop in the administrator’s statements, the LPA and the bank statements. Every investor’s figures are recomputed to the cent, and each difference comes with its evidence. Open any amount.

  • Nothing moves

No migration and no access to your administrator’s systems: their files are enough.

  • What cannot be verified is said

It is listed apart, never counted as agreeing.

  • A report for your board

Each quarter, prepared by one person and approved by another.

Controls

Nobody approves their own work. The code makes sure.

Four-eyes is not a policy document in FundAgent. It is checked on every write: whoever prepares an entry, a call or a close cannot approve or post it.

  • Two people are enough

Every control works with a team of two: one prepares, the other approves.

  • Corrections need a second person

Posted entries are never edited. Reversals and period reopenings are approved by someone else.

  • A signed audit trail

Each event is chained to the one before and signed with HMAC-SHA-256 under a key held outside the database.

  • MFA for approvers

Anyone who can approve must enrol a second factor before approving anything.

Try it: switch to the reviewer to approve.

AI that cites its sources and knows its limits.

  • Cites, or stays silent

Every proposed value carries its quotation and page. No source, no value.

  • Measured before it is trusted

Graded on a fixed bench, prompt-injection traps included. Below the threshold, it prepares nothing.

  • Bounded by design

It never posts, never approves and never publishes a number that has not been verified.

Information and evidence

109 / 130

How this figure is obtained

Each figure on the administrator’s statements is recomputed from the LPA and the bank: 130 compared, 109 agree and 21 differ, grouped into 8 differences.

26 further figures could not be verified because the ending NAV needs valuations. They are listed separately and never counted as agreeing.
