Gfactor provides a cloud-based fund management platform (SaaS) designed for institutional fund operations, including private equity, venture capital, and private debt fund management.

The platform provides capabilities including capital call management, fee calculations, waterfall distributions, LP reporting, compliance workflows, and related fund administration tools.

Access to the platform is governed by a separate service agreement between Gfactor and the subscribing organization. These Terms of Service apply to the use of the public g2f.ee website and, where no separate agreement exists, to any evaluation or pilot access granted.

2. Website Terms of Use

By accessing the g2f.ee website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

You may use this website for informational purposes, to learn about our platform and services, and to contact us through the provided forms. Any other use requires prior written authorization from Gfactor.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the g2f.ee website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and documentation, is the property of Gfactor or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4. User Obligations

• Gfactor reserves the right to terminate pilot access at any time with reasonable notice.
• Data entered during pilot periods is not guaranteed to be retained after the pilot ends unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Commercial use of the platform requires a signed service agreement.

6. Disclaimer

The g2f.ee website and any evaluation access to the platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gfactor disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the website.
• Warranties that the website or platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
